IKOODIRECT.COM (known hereafter as "IKOODIRECT") will only accept return of undamaged products that are returned in the original packaging. Purchasers must follow this return procedure.

Within 7 days after receipt of the products, purchaser must email IKOODIRECT to request a Return Authorizations (RA) number and the address to ship the products.

1.  Purchaser must return products to IKOODIRECT in an undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping and the risk of loss during shipment. All products must be delivered back to IKOODIRECT not later than 3 days after the RA is issued.  A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price for all returned products plus shipping charges to ship the products to the purchaser is required for all returned products.

2.  Upon receipt of the returned products, IKOODIRECT shall inspect the returned products to confirm that they are undamaged and in the original packaging. Upon such confirmation, and provided that the purchaser has followed the procedure set forth in this policy, IKOODIRECT shall credit purchaser for the purchase price less the restocking fee and shipping charges.

Please note that IKOODIRECT will not accept return of products that are damaged, not in the original packaging, IKOODIRECT will not issue any credit to the purchaser and the purchaser will pay all costs for return shipment of the products back to the purchaser.

Payment of deposit for work-in-progress

Purchaser will pay IKOODIRECT a non-refundable deposit of 5% at the time the order is placed.  The balance will be due at the time when the ordered product is ready to be shipped to the purchaser.  In the event that the purchaser decided to cancel the order before the product is ready, the purchaser will forfeit the deposit with no further obligations.  IKOODIRECT will provide an estimate availability date and the purchaser will agree that IKOODIRECT will not be held responsible for any delays.

The purchaser will agree to remit the balance of payment within 3 days when the order is ready for delivery, failure to do so will deem that the purchaser has abandoned the order.

Shipping Policies

IKOO will ship the product to customer via ground transportation to the shipping address provided by the customer.  The purchaser will pay IKOO for shipping and handling services currently set at cost as stated below.

$150 per unit for standard ground shipping in the contiguous 48 states;

$250 per unit for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Please note that from time to time, IKOODIRECT may waive or reduce shipping charges for promotional and discount purposes and will change without notifications.  Actual shipping charges (if any) will be reflected in your shipping cart.  All shipments must be signed for upon delivery.  IKOODIRECT does not ship to post office boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
